“Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative conversation style for strengthening a person’s own motivation and commitment to change.”

Who Is This For?

This workshop is for anyone who wants to have better conversations. Whether you’re a therapist or coach helping clients grow, a teacher guiding students, a friend or family member supporting someone through a hard time, or a partner wanting to connect more deeply – Motivational Interviewing will give you tools that work in real life conversations.

What You’ll Get

You’ll learn how to make every conversation more effective by getting to the heart of what really matters. You’ll discover how to listen in a way that opens people up, ask questions that create clarity, and help others find their own solutions without conflict or pressure. The result? Better communication, stronger relationships, and the ability to help people change quickly and naturally.
