Whether you’re a therapist or coach helping clients grow, a teacher guiding students, a friend or family member supporting someone through a hard time, or a partner wanting to connect more deeply – Motivational Interviewing will give you tools that work in real life conversations.

Recognising ambivalence and working with it confidently
Spotting change talk vs. sustain talk (and responding to each)
Language tools that increase motivation and reduce resistance
How to support someone in taking the next step toward change
Practical phrases, questions, and prompts you can use immediately
Real-play practice so you feel MI in action, not just theory
